Shipping and Handling

All items are shipped via USPS and requires approximately 3-7 business days to be received. Items ordered after 12p.m. on Saturday will be sent the following Monday when business resumes. All items are shipped between 24-72 hrs of purchasing. Please keep in mind our custom lash strips take 3-4 days to be made so they may require a longer shipping and handling time than on hand products.

We appreciate your patience as your orders are processed.

Lost Packages

After an order has been sent and the USPS tracking information is updated Sista's Wink  is not responsible for the package. Any information related to a lost package must be taken up with USPS. As much as we would love to ensure every package is delivered in a timely manner it is out of our hands once shipped. We appreciate your business and apologize in advance for any inconvenience -

Refunds/Exchages

All eyelash  sales are final. if your product comes with a defect please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product.
